Junior Blackbelt Program

Junior Blackbelts train hard to become healthy in mind, body and spirit. They learn physical skills like falling, rolling and striking to improve fitness, co-ordination and agility.
At the same time, they learn important emotional and social skills. Crucially, Junior Blackbelts learn that violence is never a solution.

Training in our Junior Blackbelt programme helps gives children and young adults the confidence to withstand peer pressure and make good life choices. They can set goals and they understand the importance of commitment. Martial arts training teaches students the value of perseverance and the joy of achieving goals. The emphasis is on trying your best, not being “the best”. We all support and encourage each other to be the best we can be.

Martial arts training helps people of all dispositions. If you feel shy and lack confidence, martial arts training will help you feel more confident and comfortable in situations.
